Privacy Policy

This policy explains which data Hello Beijo (Yang System) collects, why, and what your rights are, under Brazil's LGPD and United States law.

1. Data we collect

• Sign-up: name, email, password (stored encrypted), birth date, gender, nationality, country where you live.
• Profile: photos, bio, state, city, languages and preferences.
• Use: likes, matches, messages, reports, blocks and your last visit date.
• Access records: IP address, date and time when you log in and use the site, as required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12,965/2014).
• Verification (optional): the short video recorded to get the badge (face and voice), with your consent. Only moderators see it, it is used only to confirm you are the person in your photos, and it is erased if it is not approved or if you delete your account.

We don't collect your GPS location. The location stored inside photos is removed before upload.

2. Why we use it

• To show your profile to people in the other country and allow matches and conversations.
• To protect members: detect scams, review reports and enforce the Terms of Use.
• To send account emails (confirmation, password and important notices).

3. What others see

First name, age, photos, nationality, city, state, country, bio, languages and what you are looking for. Your email, last name and full birth date are never shown.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. It is stored on servers hired to host the site and is only shared when required by law. If the site shows ads, the ad company may use cookies under its own policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep data while the account exists. When you delete your account we erase your profile, photos, matches and messages. Backups are deleted automatically within 30 days. Accounts whose email is not confirmed within 30 days of signing up are deleted automatically. Data from accounts banned for fraud may be kept longer to prevent new scams. Access records (IP, date and time) are kept for 6 months, also after the account is deleted, because Brazilian law requires it, and are only handed to authorities with a court order.

6. Your rights

You can see and correct your data in your profile, delete your account at any time and ask for information or a copy of your data at support@yangsystem.com.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and restricted access to data. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects you, we will let you know.
