Hello Beijo is a Yang System service that helps Brazilians meet Americans and Americans meet Brazilians, living in the same country or in different ones, for friendship, language exchange and connections. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must tell us your nationality and the country where you live (Brazil or the United States) correctly.
• One account per person. Your account is personal and can't be sold or shared.
• People whose account was banned may not use the service.

2. Your profile

• Your information and photos must be true and show you.
• Photos of other people, nudity or sexual content, violence or other people's personal data are not allowed.
• You are responsible for what you post and send in conversations.

3. Not allowed

• Asking for or offering money, gifts, bank transfers, Zelle, gift cards, crypto or "investments".
• Deceiving, threatening, harassing or discriminating against anyone.
• Offering or seeking paid sexual services, or promoting any illegal activity.
• Advertising, spam, bots or fake accounts.
• Pretending to be someone else.

4. Moderation

We may review reports, remove photos and content, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Messages are checked automatically to detect requests for money and protect members. When there is a report, moderators may read the conversation between the two people involved.

5. Meeting people and safety

We do not run criminal background checks on members. The "Verified" badge only means the person recorded a live video, checked by our moderators, showing they are the person in their profile photos; it does not guarantee anyone's intentions. You are responsible for your decisions when talking to and meeting other people. Read the Safety tips.

6. Free service and ads

The service is free and may show ads. Optional paid features may be offered in the future, always with prior notice.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for members' behavior on or off the site, or for losses caused by contact with other members.

9. Changes and contact
